You may or may not be dealing with housing insecurity right now. Many people in our community are. Whether they are unhoused, living in a hotel, living with family or living in housing that is unsafe, unaffordable and/or unhealthy, many of the working poor in our community need affordable, safe housing to help them stabilize and move forward as a household.
At House on the Hill we are working to house people. We need your help to make it happen! Our plan is to create 98-100 single families homes in an affordable housing community in Bowling Green/Warren County with the majority of them ready for move-in in 2025. You donation makes it happen!
You can become a HOTH monthly supporter/or provide a one-time sizeable gift. You can also donate property like a house, car, mobile home/trailer or land. Your monthly recurring support of $36 or more allows us to plan for the families who need our help.
Sponsoring a whole house in our affordable housing community or donating property like an existing house, car, trailer or land is a tax-deductible in-kind donation for you and allows us to house people quickly, provide transportation to someone who can't get to work and will help build our affordable housing community by the end of 2025.

High end finishes in 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Homes. Homes are designed to be historic, timeless and well-crafted to stand the test of time. The landscape of this community is planned to provide energy saving shade, outdoor gathering areas, a walking trail, community gardens as well as perennial-permaculture...fruit trees, bushes and other edible plants...to provide added food sources for households in the neighborhood.
A community-center with commercial kitchen, meeting space and community activities in also planted in the heart of the community.
