Housing 101

On your hunt to find housing in Bowling Green/Warren County, you'll most likely need a clear background check, at least the last 2 months worth of pay stubs, money for rental deposit and utility deposits and your first months rent.  You will also need to make a least $18 per hour and work 40 hours each week to make ends meet.

In most cases you'll need at least $2200.00 to get into a rental without public or private assistance!

If you make over $14,500 as an individual going up to $30,000 for a family of 4...you won't qualify for public or government assistance or government housing.
